For The Love Of Lucky Brand: A Tell-All Story

For The Love Of Lucky Brand Boots
My mission for knee-high, black leather boots ended yesterday when I pulled the trigger on a pair of Lucky Brand boots I found on Amazon. I had been on this mission for several weeks now and like a soldier at war, I was unsure when the mission would be complete and I could go home.
Finally, those black skinny-legged pants hanging in my closet with their tags still attached would see the outside world. They would be accompanied by the Lucky Brand Elena--a boot with a bit of a Western charm, totally comfortable at more formal functions, but completely at home with a pair of jeans and a boyfriend sweater.

For The Love Of Lucky Brand Shorts
Why did it take me so long to find these boots? I ask myself the same question. I have been a fan of Lucky Brand for so many years, purchasing my first pair of Lucky shorts in my twenties at a Jersey Shore boutique. I still fondly recall those very short, khaki-colored shorts..."Lucky You" read the tag at the zipper, only visible when the zipper was pulled down.
For The Love Of Lucky Brand Jeans
Years later I splurged on Lucky Brand jeans. My first pair attracted comments from women shoppers at various venues. I would get approached in the mall or in a supermarket parking lot, and the comments would all go something like this--"What brand of jeans are those? They fit really nice!"
These comments prompted me to buy another pair. Then, as the old ones started to wear out and get holes in the knees--not due to the quality of the jeans, but due to just plain overuse (like the Velveteen Rabbit, they were loved too much)--I bought more. I was addicted.
I bought my favorite style of Lucky Brand jeans on eBay--the "Sweet n' Low." There I could find good eBay sellers selling my favorite jeans at a discount, some with free shipping. I was a Lucky Brand junkie and they had the stuff. I just couldn't get enough. Then, I moved on to Lucky Brand jewelry.

For The Love Of Lucky Brand Jewelry
Lucky Brand jewelry is very hip and trendy. I may be a Mom now, but there's nothing in the rule book that says I can't still be fun, chic, and stylish. I'm a jeans and cowboy boots kind of gal and the Lucky Brand jewelry goes nicely with my look. In addition to the jewelry being cool, it's also reasonably priced. My husband likes this. For special occasions like birthdays and Christmas, he knows he can't go wrong by choosing Lucky jewelry. It's a winner every time!
For The Love Of Lucky Brand Boots--Again
The recent purchase of the Lucky Brand boots just made sense. I just can't believe that it took me so long to turn to my tried and true brand to adorn my feet and become a regular in my closet this fall and winter.
In closing, I would just like to reveal that this article is a kind of cleansing of sorts. It's me trying to release the guilt I feel for not thinking of Lucky first. Shame on me! Lucky, I promise from this day forward I will always put you first when planning a new wardrobe purchase!
Could you be the next Lucky Brand fan? If you are looking for a new pair of boots, jeans, jewelry or other accessories and haven't given Lucky Brand a look yet, I highly recommend checking them out. Just be careful, there's no telling how this could affect your shopping habits in the future!
